Care by skin type and skin condition: Know your skin type

There are endless ways to be beautiful. But what if you do not feel nice? For example, because your skin is tight and dry. Or because you have already discovered an annoying pimple again. To make you feel good, there are two keys: 1. Adjust the facial care to your skin type. 2. Respond optimally to different skin conditions. When your skin needs which care, you will find out here.

Skin type or skin condition – what matters in the care

How different skin can be, is shown time and again in the ladies’ room – which of course we only visit to “make us fresh”. And this ritual could not be more different. The one dabs generously matt powder on forehead and nose: “Hardly out of the house and already I shine again like a Hefezopf.” Her friend is still fishing for the concealer. “Be happy that’s just it, pimples sprout out of nowhere.” “Oh, buhuu …” thinks the third. In this cold air, her skin feels ultra dry. Cream and face spray are her constant companions.

Difference skin type and skin condition

No question, skincare wants to be type-fair. But regardless of your skin type, there are still phases in which your skin simply dances out of line. Here we speak of the skin condition. And that varies depending on the hormone balance, stress, nutrition and of course the climate. So sometimes the finest picture book skin tends to dryness or “flowers” in the negative sense!

If you do something about your care routine, you can handle those outbreaks as well. Below you will find your skin type and links to the respective care recommendations.
